FAQ

  • Where do we get picked up & dropped off?

The bus departs and returns from the parking lot of the Tecumseh Commons / Tecumseh Tavern, located at 214 E. Chicago Blvd, Tecumseh, MI 49286.

We’ll drop passengers as close to the stadium entrance as possible. Your trip leader will provide the exact meet-up details for after the event. Please make sure you have your trip leader’s contact information before leaving the bus.

  • What time should I arrive before departure?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before departure to check in, get settled, and ensure we leave on time.

Please avoid parking in the Tecumseh Commons parking lot. Street parking or nearby public lots are recommended.

The bus will depart at the scheduled time, even if some passengers have not arrived.

  • How do I get my game ticket?

You’ll need the appropriate mobile ticketing app installed before the trip. At check-in, your ticket will be transferred to you.

If you’re traveling as a group, all tickets can be transferred to one person if preferred. You may also enter the stadium with your trip leader if necessary.

  • What if I bought a ticket but I can't go now?

Please contact Tecumseh Tours as soon as possible.

If the tour has a waitlist, we can transfer your ticket and issue a refund.

If not, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person—just let us know so we can update our records.

  • What if the weather is bad?

Trips typically run rain or shine unless the event venue or motorcoach partner announces a cancellation or delay.

If weather impacts the event or travel, we will communicate updates as soon as we receive them and follow the event organizer’s refund/reschedule policy.

  • What if the sporting event is cancelled?

Refunds or rebooking options will be determined by the event organizers and based on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Tecumseh Tours will follow event policy and communicate updates as soon as they are available.

  • Is tipping the driver included?

Gratuity is not included in the trip cost.

We do pass a hat at the end of the trip as a thank-you to our driver, but tipping is always optional and never required. Give what feels right — it’s always appreciated!

  • Are kids allowed on the trips?

Yes! Children are welcome unless a specific trip notes otherwise.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and everyone must have their own ticket.

  • Can I sit by my friends / family?

Yes! Seating on the bus is first come / first serve but passengers are typically accommodating.

For the event seating, please note who you’d like to sit next to during checkout and we will accommodate whenever possible.

  • Are drinks and coolers allowed on the bus?

Yes! Small coolers, drinks, and snacks are welcome and may be consumed while en route.

  • Is alcohol allowed on the bus?

Yes. Alcohol is permitted unless otherwise specified for a particular trip.

Please drink responsibly and be mindful of other passengers.

  • Is there a restroom on the bus?

Yes. Our motorcoach partners provide comfortable buses equipped with onboard restrooms.
